IBM has come forward with its Drona Partner Programme- an initiative aiming at providing better collaboration between academia and industry. Under the programme Independent Software Vendors(ISV's) would thus help enhance the employability of students, According to Anil Menon of IBM India, IT jobs in present times require more than just string technical abilities; students would need to have industry and business knowledge along with good interpersonal and effective communication skills. According to sources, by 2012 the need for skilled IT experts would increase to 1.5 million especially in India, China and South East Asia.

Synaesthesia is an interesting topic to bring into this. Although in this condition people can hear colors and see sounds etc this doesn't really answer whether they are experiencing the same. Again if you see a middle c as pink how you do know that the color you refer to as pink isn't the color I refer to as green (perceptually). I am not sure that this question will ever be answered since we can't experience another persons life, however there may be ways of inferring, which is why I brought up the concept of taste (by which I mean fashion or aesthetics) Art has suggested that certain colors are opposites. And it is true that certain colors stand out against one another this would suggest that we perceive the same colors. However some people seem to be inherently incapable of recognizing the jarring effect of certain color combinations, do they have a different perception of color or do they have another lesion elsewhere that just means they enjoy these jarring effects.

"You appear to be harmless so me gonna crush you, this would give me pride and happiness", well this is one such attitude which many possess!!! I everyday come through such incidents in my workplace, it totally pisses me off!!! One of our managers who are working in the company where I'm employed is a very simple man and is very modest. I personally admire him a lot, Believe me he is gentle to every body, shows no disparities, such humility!!! But some of the other employees take Advantage out of the situation by not obeying to him; I could easily find that out. Probably they are in an opinion that: what can he do??? He is not even capable of killing an ant!!! Fortunately at the same time he is very smart too so he somehow gets the work done from them. Just see what the mentality of the people is, if a person is of domineering type they would fear him and end up in praying to god asking to show some mercy, but if he is of the goodie good type they would completely rape the managers case, strange people!!!
