My views and review on Ponnyin Selvan Part-1 Tamil Movie

The Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 movie has been talking point of the town in Tamil Nadu since the launch of the movie and getting tickets for the movie has been one hell of a ride. After much hassle, I was able to get tickets to watch the movie and I had different opinion about the movie, even though I liked it a bit. Following are my views about the movie: 

• Lack of characterization background and introductions: From the start to the end, there were many characters passing through the scenes and only for people who had followed the actual novel could be able to relate to it. For others and even for people who had read the novel, the characters were passing too quickly and there was no introduction or little-bit insight on the characters’ importance. A few second snapshot on the characters passing through the scene would have helped all audiences to follow the movie and the movie characters from the start to the end. 
• Bits and pieces of scenes and lack of story flow: Another major drawback about the movie was that the scenes were not interconnected and are often moving in different ways. There is not much information or insights on how the scene has changed to a different timeline and there was no story flow between the scenes. 

I completely understand the complexity of transforming the 5-part story series into a single movie and above views are based on my expectations that few nuances into the scenes, story flow and characters insights would have made even more better movie watching experience. Major missing features in iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro

Apple has recently launched their flagship product line of iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro versions to ensure competitiveness against new product launches. However, both the products were missing some most wanted features for a long time when compared against Samsung mobile phones and Google Phones. The factors impacting the latest version of iPhone 14 launch are as follows:

• Reverse wireless charging support: For a long time, it was rumored that the future version of iPhone models would support reverse wireless charging capabilities to enable charging for accessories such as AirPods and Apple Watch. However, for this year as well Apple has not mentioned or detailed about reverse wireless charging capabilities, while its competitor Samsung has launched their products with reverse wireless charging capabilities for past few years and was able to enable reverse charge their accessories in the ecosystem. 
• USB Type-C connectivity or charging cable: Another most sought-after feature expected in the iPhone 14 version is the support for USB Type-C connectivity for at least Pro version models. However, Apple has not introduced USB Type-C connectivity for a long time, which would have enabled their users to save cost and reduce environmental impacts through wastage cables. 

The above-listed features were long-awaited for iPhone versions and still Apple has decided to move ahead with their product lineup without considering users feedback and regulatory compliances imposed by various countries. Outside car service center’s high quote and questionable paint commitment

Long story short, my ford EcoSport had met with a freaking accident and side wall of my care was severely damaged and had to be repaired immediately. I had two options, one to check with the Ford authorized service center and the other one was outside third-party service centers. I had made few searches over the internet and have shortlisted few third-party services center and had same conversation with the service advisors with the same car’s accidental images. The response was surprising and shocking, the responses did vary between vendors and quote was also varying, but I had averaged it out before I had detailed the following response. 

• Pricing: The Pricing quoted by the third-party car service center was almost like what Ford’s authorized service center was quoting and surprisingly there are few other vendors who quoted more than the authorized service center. To summarize, the quote from third-party car service center was almost equal to what authorized service center was quoting. 
• Paint Quality and Factory finish: Another disappointing factor while discussing with third-party car service center was that they were promising one year of paint warranty and there was not a single commitment on factory finish output. The warranty on Paint got me suspicious, as I was planning to hold on to my car for few more years and if the paint job was awkward, then the entire repaid job would be useless and had again had to figure out alternative options. 

From the discussions with the third-party car service centers, it was evident that the best and one-time repair for my car would be getting it repaired from Ford’s authorized service center.
